Macho Man Do It All provides residential and commercial services including junk removal, property cleanup, hauling, and seasonal outdoor services.

All work is performed based on the approved quote or agreed scope of work. Additional work requested on-site may result in additional charges.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment.

Final pricing may change if:

Job size or volume differs from the original assessment
Additional labor, disposal, or materials are required
Access conditions change
Additional services are requested

Any pricing changes will be discussed before additional work is completed.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Macho Man Do It All reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside of our control.

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:

Invoices not paid within the stated due period may incur late fees or collection action where permitted by law.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate service information
Ensure the work area is accessible
Disclose hazardous or restricted materials before service
Confirm authorization for item removal or property access

Items removed during haul-away services cannot be reclaimed once disposal or transport has begun.

6. Prohibited Items

Macho Man Do It All does not remove or transport hazardous materials including:

Chemicals
Paint
Asbestos
Biohazard waste
Propane tanks
Regulated hazardous materials

If prohibited items are discovered on-site, service may be delayed, adjusted, or refused.

7. Property & Liability

Reasonable care will be taken while performing services.

Macho Man Do It All is not responsible for:

Pre-existing property damage
Hidden structural issues
Damage caused by unsafe or undisclosed conditions

Customers must identify fragile or sensitive areas before work begins.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.

8. Messaging Consent

By providing your phone number through our website, request forms, or customer communications, you consent to receive service-related text messages from Macho Man Do It All, including:

Appointment reminders
Scheduling updates
Estimates and quotes
Invoice notifications
Customer support messages
